Greetings From Sweden 2009
Those of you who have been in the club for a year or two, or maybe longer, may remember Krister Gustafsson. Krister joined our club while he was working in Columbus for Cummins. Krister has since returned to his native Sweden and recently sent pictures of their local clubs season opening event. Here is a copy of Krister's e-mail with a good discription of each picture:

Hallo friends ! Spring report from Sweden 2009 :
Recession times have hit Europé quite hard, our company have not made any lay-offs of permanent staff, but all temporary + consultants are gone. But as of next week all staff will work 4 days a week for a 90% salery, from CEO and down.... So I have now all fridays off to tune the car....
- Have had the car out only once this year, but are planning for more use during the summer holidays.
Went to our clubs seasonal opening, Mansion of the 17th century outside Stockholm, a local meeting that gathered 190 cars. One MOPAR managed to sneak in. As usual here most cars are the C5&C6, but a fair amount of C3 cars showed up, only a handful of C1&C2 attended. To my delight a twin to our car showed up, however a -69, but otherwise same spec : number matching 427/400, M21, cordovan maroon coupe, all in very fine condition. The owner was extremely surprised when I showed up and parked next to him.
I have been watching your homepage, but do not get so much updated news from Columbus, Can you start a page with news, I believe there are more than me looking for what is happening...

Best regards & keep in touch !

Krister....
