Bittersweet Inn

Better late than never we finally got to have our Valentine's Day dinner at Bittersweet's Chateau Cafe in Brownstown. Our last attempt had to postponed due to severe weather conditions which even stopped me in my SUV and definitely not any weather for Corvettes.

Above you can see us feasting on some very special dishes expertly prepared. A generous salad followed by such entrees as Filet Mignon and Chicken Lexington. And for those who still had some room left there were some excellent desserts such as Blackberry Cobbler and New York Cheesecake.

On the left you can see the special 50th Anniversary Cake with Terry's Car in both white and chocolate. Below left you can see the line drooling as Jim Frazita does the slicing. Funny thing is it was all the guys that came through for it? were they just the hungriest? or do the wives just have them well trained?

Below you can see the Family, Doris and Phil Rightler with daughters Jodi and Paige, and Friends that own and operate the Inn. They all gave us excellent service and a few laughs during the evening.

Apparently when all the guests at the Inn heard we were coming they abandoned the rooms and went elsewhere, and I don't blame them, haha. This gave us the opportunity to check out the bedrooms, conference room and other facilities the Inn has to offer, some pictures of these you can see below.
